Gabel Basket Brigade
Missouri City, TX
Hosted by: The Pratt Family
This Thanksgiving, we’re celebrating our 11th annual Basket Brigade in Houston, Texas. We’ll be creating baskets containing everything a family needs for a traditional turkey dinner, and donating them to less fortunate families in Fort Bend County. From now through the Sunday before Thanksgiving, we’ll collect financial donations that are used to purchase all the food that goes into the baskets.
As in years past, donors and their families will come together at the Brigade to help assemble all the baskets, and prep them for pick up at St. Catherine of Sienna Episcopal Church by families in need.
Last year, our Brigade donated over 100 baskets to families, seniors and veterans in need. There is always great need, and as always, we have lofty goals! We appreciate your generosity in advance – and welcome to the Brigade!

How It Works:
We’ll supply the boxes and food (thanks to your donations). Then, you help us put the baskets together. At the end of the day, we’ll deliver all the boxes to St. Catherine of Sienna Episcopal Church.
How to Donate:
You can donate via credit card, Paypal or check. [Click here] Baskets cost $30 each to make, but any amount is appreciated. Even if you're not able to attend, you can contribute and we'll build a basket on your behalf.
$30 will build 1 basket and feed up to 6 people.
$50 will build 2 baskets and feed up to 12 people.
$75 will build 3 baskets and feed up to 18 people.
$100 will build 4 baskets and feed up to 24 people.
This is a great opportunity for you and your family to make an impact on our community and experience the joy that comes with giving a gift from the heart.
Please feel free to spread the word! Children (and parents and grandparents and friends) of all ages are invited. The more people who can attend and/or donate, the bigger an impact we can have.
Looking forward to seeing you!
